    JIU JITSU

    Our No-Gi Jiu Jitsu program offers a modern and dynamic approach to grappling. Designed for practitioners of all levels, the program focuses on techniques that are effective in both sport and self-defense scenarios.     BOXING

    Our Boxing program delivers technical instruction and challenging conditioning in a focused, professional training environment. Under the guidance of coach Jared Maddocks, who has extensive experience working with high-level and professional athletes, students develop refined punching mechanics, disciplined footwork, and practical defensive skills. The class emphasizes clean technique, purposeful movement, and steady progression for all skill levels.

    YOUTH KICKBOXING

    Our Youth Kickboxing program builds strong striking fundamentals, coordination, and confidence in a safe and structured training environment. Guided by experienced coaches who focus on proper technique and age-appropriate progressions, students learn disciplined footwork, effective kicking and punching mechanics, and practical defensive movement. The class emphasizes respect, focus, and steady improvement while keeping training fun and engaging for all experience levels.

    MUAY THAI

    Our Muay Thai classes focus on clean fundamentals, practical combinations, and controlled sparring in a structured environment led by Coach Tony. You’ll work on striking mechanics, timing, defense, and conditioning in a way that builds real skill, not just a workout. Whether you’re brand new or have experience, the goal is steady progress and confidence every time you step on the mat.
