    JIU JITSU

    BOXING

    MUAY THAI

    The MV Muay Thai program offers expert instruction in the art of eight limbs, focusing on strikes using fists, elbows, knees, and kicks.     WRESTLING CLUB

    The Wrestling Club at 10th Planet Grants Pass launches on March 1, 2025, and is designed for ages 4-17. This mat club is perfect for anyone looking to take their wrestling to the next level. We focus on building strong fundamentals, improving technique, and enhancing physical conditioning to prepare athletes for success on the mat. With experienced coaching and a competitive yet supportive environment, participants will gain the tools and confidence to take their wrestling to the next level.
