All new students will get to try out (2) free classes before committing to a membership option.
**THE WOMENS GROUP WEIGHT TRAINING CLASS OFFERS (1) FREE CLASS DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS CLASS BEING VERY PERSONALIZED**

The (2) free classes do not have to be consecutive; you can come in on the days that work for you.

You do not need to schedule your free classes in advance, but please do not show up for the advanced class or the open mat unless you have previous training experience and have permission from Andrew to attend those classes. Trial students are welcome to attend any of the BEGINNER or MIXED LEVELS class times as well as the WRESTLING class.
